A Plane and Cow Collide

In London, two men were landing a plane. It was an emergency landing, the biplane was dangerously low on fuel. The wheels were out and the plane was slowly descending. A cow was wandering in the field, when she comes a little too close to the plane. The cow was struck by the lower left wing of the plane. She leaves the plane with damage, but the plane landed safely.

All the passengers off the plane were left safe and unhurt. The pilot reports that the incident was accidental, and that in all of his 22 years of flying, he never hit a cow. To remember the event, the pilot might paint a cow on his two-seater plane.

There was also an on-board camera during the flight. The footage of the knocked-out cow has recently been posted on You Tube. In the video you can see the pilots of the plane landing, then suddenly striking the brown and white cow with the plane accidentally. The cow tumbles backwards afterwards. The pilot reports that the cow was left unhurt after she stopped tumbling.
