Mischa Barton Arrested

On the early morning of Wednesday, (2:45am) December 27th, Mischa Barton, former O.C. star, was pulled over on the corner of La Cienega and Santa Monica Blvd in Los Angeles in her white Range Rover. Cops say she "was seen straddling two lanes of traffic and failed to signal when making a turn."

When cops had pulled Mischa Barton over, cops had determined that she "was an unlicensed driver and was driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage."

Though, that had not been all. Cops had not only found that she had been driving with a suspended license, but they had also found that Miss Barton to be in possession of illegal narcotics, too.

The O.C star had been handcuffed and arrested around the time of 2:45am and then was booked at about 3:10 that morning.

Cops say that Mischa was "no trouble" and "very cooperative" and had been up for a $10,000 bail. Around 10:05am Mischa Barton's mother had come to pick her up when Mischa had been released. In order to not be seen, sources say that Mischa had lain down in the back of the car to hide.
