Great article. Vlad has been one of my personal favorites for years. The one point that I differ is when you said that Dracula was based loosely on Vlad. Having researched Vlad for a great length of time, much of Dracua is pretty closely related to Vlad, and in reality, Vlad was far more sinister than Dracula. But I did love this piece.
