All in all a good article, but it was a bit rude to say If you consume gelatin, please don't call yourself a vegetarian'. A lot of people didn't know.
There are several recipes out there that obtain the same results as 'jello' or other name brand gelatin's that are perfectly safe for vegan and vegetarian diets. The tend to use cornstarch and agar-agar, which is seaweed jelly.
Maybe you should write an article on vegatarian substitutes, since you like to point out only what you can't eat anymore.
