    This is really good!
I always did question. Like if you had a boy and a girl and raised them with no 'gender roles' how would the children grow up and would the boy go into dominate etc.
After reading this I now no longer have to do that experiment and kidnap two new borns hahaha.
Seriously though, this is really good :)

Throughout that article, I felt a little voice in my head saying 'She doesn't recognise the things that men can't do', but I'll ignore it for now.

Very well written article, and I believe you should get a good grade for it. Your arguments are well thought out and you've clearly done your research. I have to admit to not knowing that about Aristotle, but it's hardly surprising considering how long ago he lived.

All I would like to say is that women are not the only ones who suffer from the difference. If a woman wears a man's jeans, nothing's amiss. When a man wears a skirt, he's a pervert. It is a positive thing for a woman to break the boundaries and flout the typical gender roles, but when men do it they're just weird. Annoys me.

Don't get me wrong though, it's a good article, and a definite problem with society. Kudos!

This is probably the best article I've ever read on Mibba. :)

Kudos for incorperating Margaret Mead. She basically proved that sexism is not excusable with the reason of "biological differences".

Your research was AWESOME! I hope you got an awesome grade on this paper. I particularly liked this quote:
" Instead of debating whether nature or nurture plays the most important role in the development of gender roles, how nature and nurture work together in order to shape and define gender roles would be more appropriate because either way, women are still treated differently than men. "
I think that same philosophy can apply to so many issues, not just gender roles. We spend so much time debating who caused a problem, which results in never finding a solution.

Once again, a wonderfully written (cohesive, organized) and well researched article!
