that totally sucks. I can understand what the one person said about teens not being able to make it up, but really now. isn't that what repeating a grade is for? not to mention, anyone really wanting to switch must know this and be willing to work hard if it means getting to go elsewhere. I mean what's more difficult? making up a year of classwork or having to deal with a profession for god knows how long? or for some people, I'd assume, making up four years of classwork just to avoid the path that they chose? I think this system is unfair.
