Hey, kudos for an awesome, relevant article. My mother was diagnosed with MS about 3 years ago, and the MS Society has been so helpful in every way. Despite the fact we live in some rural hick town, the MS society paid to have helpers come around twice a week and help around the house, as well as buying an electric wheelchair and funding research into other treatments. Most of their money comes from donations like those of the MS Readathon so thank you to all the people that give a couple of bucks to some kid for reading a book
