  • why is the intent to protect large Corporates in the US only?
    the Intelectual property, as such should be equally protected, whom ever it belongs to, and where every the individual lives?
    Furthermore, what means are allowed to "Catch" the offender?
    you never try to get to the once who actually published your materisal, but the once who happen to read about it, as it were. if none had published, they wouldn't have asked for it.
    Oh, I almost forgot, you need to protect the users rights to use the materials they paid for, or there is not point paying?(it's not the copy that's the problem, it's when selling or in other ways distributing said copy)
