    Not only will you just gain even more weight by this routine, you will feel depressed, stressed, weak and your body will pull nutrients out of your hair, nails, skin and teeth.
    The real way to lose weight properly, healthily AND effectively is to eat delicious and nutritious food of all catergories, NEVER SKIP MEALS, drink plenty of water, and exercise without over-doing it.
    And losing tons of weight in one week is not very healthy and realistic either..
