    okay i'm certain it's about either not opening/slitting ones wrist...the whole x-mas thing is a witty tie-in-line. Fallout boy is saying that they really wanna cut open their wrists, but can't because something is keeping them from doing it. Have you ever gotten a package from a relative that said, "DO NOT OPEN BEFORE X-MAS!!" meaning it is meant for a specific occasion, on a specific date. so they are impatiently waiting for the right time to cut their wrists open.

    It is, so before christmas is all year round, except for christmas itself?
    But then there is no days after christmas?
    So therefore if you find things or open them before christmas thats disallowed?

    no i figured it out just now
    before christmas is all the days except 25 december, then its christmas on 25 then its an other before christmas 364 days. before christmas is anything thats not christmas.

    But still, You're not supposed to open anything that says do not open before christmas, so if you find a present that says it maybe in october, can you open it?
    Is it still AFTER christmas or does that begin before christmas?

    AHA! I think that before Christmas is like.... ALL of the days before christmas, excluding Christmas and the days until January 1st.
