Nice list :-) I've heard of a lot of these, read a few, but for now I'm just going to add them all to my list of books that I hope to read someday. I'll sort through it later.

Definitely read On the Road. It's amazing.
Try reading A Clockwork Orange by Anthony Burgess.

Keep the Aspidistra Flying - George Orwell, and anything else by him (if you haven't read it) really.

i started northanger abbey - jane austen but honestly never finished it. but apparently its wicked. DRACULA is amzaing. if u like that u should read midnight tales - bram stoker. its alot of short stories by him. the count of monte crisco is really good, so says my friend. and my other friend said she is loving huckberry fin. if you like charles dickens then you should try David copperfeild, i loved it. Have u read to kill a mocking bird - harper lee. it is soo amazing. i havnt got anymore as of yet.

    have fun reading=]

Wowzers, that's a pretty long list! I'm very lazy when it comes to reading. It takes me like a month to finish a book. But my new years resolution was to read more books, so I'm trying. I just started 'The 5 people you meet in heaven' by Mitch Albom. And before this one I read 'Haunted' by Chuck Palahniuk and 'Coronado' by Dennis Lehane. And my next to read are books by Nicholas Sparks.

Have you read The Lovely Bones?

I've seen Beowulf in cinemas, it wasn't too bad.
