  • Everyone does silly things like that. You sound really sorry about it. It's good that you feel guilty because it was wrong but don't be too hard on yourself. And Bill (the guy from the band?) wouldn't hate you for it.

  • Awe, Xanny. :arms: I'm so sorry that your parents made you feel so bad.
I understand how you feel. About a week ago, I was going to take one hair extension from the lame 'less-than-a-dollar' bin at Claire's. But you took one poster, and I mean, the magazine it was in is a crappy magazine and TH doesn't get royalties when someone buys it just because their poster was in it, so you shouldn't feel like you cheated anyone out of it, even though your mom made you go back and get the magazine.
Don't worry, Bill wouldn't be upset with you. It's not like you're Tom, and you just screw around all the time...it was just a silly thing. I wouldn't worry. :tehe:
    feel better, you little devil.

  • Oh, Xanny.
To be honest, I haven't really stolen anything (Not that I can remember anyway) but Bill won't hate you for it.
There's loads of people out there who steal then feel ashamed.
Yes, stealing is wrong, but you've realized your mistake now.
Like Joanie said, he's probably done that same with Nena posters. x]

  • *holds you close*
    This made me really sad.
But honestly, I've done it before Xannykins.
I see a poster in a magazine and don't feel like buying the whole thing. So I take the poster.
Not proud of it but i've done it.
It happens to the best of us and Billa won't hate you for it love. Trust me he's probably done it with posters of Nena.

  • Oh god. *hugs*

This made me so sad. Yes, stealing is wrong. And I have nothing very helpful to say about it, since I've never gone through it.

I'm sure that Billa has done things he's greatly regretted too.

You just have to move on.

  • well, when it comes to ownership, most of the things in big corporate stores are technically "owned" by the poor asian children who slave for hours in factories earning one cent a day in order to make them.

  • Meh, personally, I'm one of those people who feels no guilt stealing from big corporations who aren't going to miss the few measily things that I wanted. If it was a family run place where me taking what I have was going to effect the owners and staff directly, I wouldn't do it.

But that might just be because I'm morally lacking when it comes to things like ownership. At least it shows that if you're that upset about it, you're unlikely to do it again.

  • Wow, that's retarded.
Don't you see that stealing from capitalist corporations is doing GOOD for the world?? By getting upset you've proved that society has brainwashed you into living the capitalist dream.
