  • Yeah... it's become a bit of a trend. It's cool to say your bisexual... whether you actually are or not.

I firmly believe, that you can start to wonder, and think 'maybe I am' at a young age (like 13,14) but you don't know for sure until you're a little older, and more mature and have experienced more.

I mean when I was like fifteen I went through a phase of wondering if maybe I was a lesbian (I'm not) but imagine if I'd then gone around telling people I was Bi... just because I was wondering...

I think that's what some people do.

In the end I realised I couldn't possibly be gay because I just could not picture myself in a relationship with another girl. It was just a picture that didn't work for me. Yet I could easily picture myself in a relationship with a guy... plus the fact that I'm not attracted to girls. I know when I girl is attractive, but I'm not personally attracted to her.

  • People wear Bi-sexual like it's the new black. It's honestly a bigger piss off to me than when people say "Homophobia is gay". When I'm talking to a 12-14 year old's and they suddenly say "Guess what? I'm a bisexual!" I feel like slapping the hoe in the face.

My friend asked me once how I knew I was lesbian with out actually having of slept with a guy. When your young, you just know your sexual orientation. Some people deny it, some people embrace it, whatever. You don't 'chose' your sexuality. Your borne with it.

That's probably why most teenagers piss me off.

  • Yeah that's like exactly what I meant when I said that.

  • I personally don't really see it as a trend where people follow it just because it's cool. It's more like teenagers are becoming extremely accepting of their sexual curiosity, and it's not necessarily a bad thing, but then they like to advertise it before they've made the lifelong decision. It's mostly only a problem with bisexuality because curiosity is often confused for it. I think people really need to think hard about it. If they've been sure their whole life that their sexual orientation was different, that's one thing, but when the decision is just made in the teen years, that's another thing.
