If you have nothing to do, make something for yourself to do. It seems hard, but it's not, really. You're not old. If you don't want to wallow, don't wallow. It's that simple.

Also, why is the word friend in quotes? If they cared about you enough to get you to stop cutting yourself, chances are they consider you a friend, someone worth being with. And really, if you feel isolated and like you have no friends, you DO have friends. I used to feel the same way, but everyone cares about someone, and for a lot of people, that's probably you. Trust me, if someone vanishes, PEOPLE NOTICE. Even if the loneliest, most friendless nobody in the school commits suicide in the darkest corner of his room, a thousand people want to attend the funeral. People care about you; the only thing you're missing is to care about them. You're suffering so badly? Again: if you don't want to wallow, then don't wallow. Go outside, go for a run, go for a bike ride. Occupy yourself, set some sort of goal and you won't worry so much about your "emotional pain."
