well if you do like him alot and stuff then i suggest that you should maybe try and talk to him just to break all the staring and stuff cause i was in a similar situation with this guy at college and we hung out at breaks and stuff and he seems chill XD and if anythng after that happens like if you hook up and he tries to treat you like crap then don't take it, say it's over and move on. hmm, if you like him, maybe you should attempt a conversation with him.
And then if you decided you don't just like him for his looks (Im just guessing from the part that you said you have only had one conversation with him that you don't know him at all really) Then maybe you should see how he feels, and if you do end up dating make sure he doesn't treat you like crap, just because he's a 'bad boy' doesn't give him the right to do that.
