Not to sound awfully mean, but you're only fourteen, dear..

well even if he says he loves you and wants you back, you seem as if you're really happy with this girl. I would stay with her because he had a chance already and apperantly messed up or just fell out of love with you or you fell out of love with him. And now suddenly he says he loves you, stay with the one you truly feel you love. Not the one you think you love. but i'm not professional with relationships but i'll at least give my thought :o) hopefully it helps.
