Continuous Writer's Block. - Comments

  • Criticism. We all need it once in a while, but we've got to draw a line somewhere. Yes, it helps us to improve but sometimes but we shouldn't accept all criticism sometimes criticism changes who you are. Don't let stupid little comments ruin the way you write.
About the writer's block my only advice is keep on writing if you get an idea BAM! write it there on the spot. Whenever I'm in the stage of writer's block I always have a pen and pad ready. It really helps to write it down so your fresh ideas don't go anywhere just keep on doing that and you'll be out of writer's block. :)
    Well, I hope I helped.

  • Well, you had the inspiration to write this! :D haha.
What I use for inspiration is everyone around me. I can base characters on them, write poetry about them, and even ask them to help me. Even looking at various objects around you can lead to a new point in a story. Think big!

  • Write for yourself, don't even mind what past criticism you've gotten. When you're at this stage of Writer's Block, I think the best thing you can do is just write. Whenever I have writer's block, I do a couple word prompts because the idea is already given to you, you just have produce some nice words to go around it. Sometimes, from those, I get a good idea for a longer story.

  • I'm gonna try to do that, thanks! ^^

I'll dedicate all my time tomorrow to try and write something...just hoping procrastination doesn't get in the way. D:

  • Just write. No matter how much it sucks, write. Eventually you will break the writer's block barrier.

    I know the feeling. XD
