Hey. Would anyone understand that if I told them? Would they just roll their eyes and tell me to get over it, like I've heard times and times before? I totally get that. Honestly, I basically live my life hearing the words "get over it." It's frustrating, isn't it? Feeling alone and helpless isn't something that you should deal with alone. I'm pretty much going through the same thing, but as you said, perhaps people on here would help. They really do. They're so supportive and really nice! They've all helped me so much, and now maybe I can help you.

Stay strong, and if you ever need to talk, I'm here .

Hello. Not sure how to answer. I won't tell you to get over it as it's not really something that is gotten over - I know that from experience. It's something that has to be gotten through.
Guess that doesn't make much sense... What I mean to say, is you need to find the reason, and there will be one, even if it's something tiny. I found out that I was getting stressed/ depressed/ generally break-down-ish whenever anyone mentioned the future, because I couldn't see one for myself.
Hope this helps. At the very least, please know that I have felt like this, and I'll gladly listen to anything you want to say.
