Ninja because I enjoy martial arts. Martial arts alone has deep roots and reveals an inner power that can be directed and manifested. Make your body the deadliest weapon there is along with looking cool while you do it.As well as a higher sense of your self and surroundings... Plus I have a slight fear of being far out in open sea and drowning (Im weird), I'm cool on a ship but if I fall overboard for more than 5 minutes I'ma start freaking out. It's not the water it's just the things that live in it.
I like the respectful quality of a ninja, I like the stealth to slyly sneak past all enemy defenses and deal a single soundless blow to the strongest link. In a way they have their own freedom because they are hired assassins. Plus to learn all the trickery and how to use your mind in ways you couldn't before. Some may not be a fan of it but I like hard discipline, it gives you a sense of pride to know you did that or went through that rigorous training and have a better sense of yourself.
But I do love pirates lol I have a story with them on another site. How about a pirate ninja can I ride aboard your ship captain? XD ... But anyone tries to rape me I'll kick your heart to a stop with my ninja skill lol
