Let him down easy, maybe subtly hint that you don't wanna have a relationship. If that doesn't work, tell him nicely.

1. I like their first album, it actually sounds really good, but i don't like anything after that. I don't know why, maybe because they got really popular and their style changed. Joe is my favorite.(:

I think you should tell the guy that you don't feel the same way towards him as he does you, but try to let him off easy. Don't be too rude or harsh. And if he tries to sweet-talk his way out of it, just tell him that it's really important that he listens so he's not mad at you in the end. It'll be better for him in the long run.

Honesty is the best policy right there. Don't do it over the phone because that's just weak. Tell him face to face and be honest. He might be upset, but you can't force yourself to like him, you know? Just explain the situation and hope he understands. And don't let him sweet talk you. Ignore it.

1. I'm okay with them. I have nothing against them at least, but I'm not totally in love with them... My favorite's Kevin though. :D
2. I watched most episodes. I might have missed one or two because it wasn't something I set my timer to or anything... But it was pretty cute so if it was one, I watched.
3. I saw like... the last five minutes, maybe, of the last episode. I don't get the sudden Nick and Macy thing though. Then again, maybe if I actually watched a full episode I'd get it.

Alright. I'm getting a lot of writing done.

Miley Cyrus and Nick Jonas. Miley's becoming a slut and everyone praises her for it, and Nick gets thousands of sympathy votes because he's got diabetes and good hair. Justin Bieber, too...kid can sing, but still.
