^_^ Okay when you first sign in you'll be at your dashboard. On your right side, there should be a panel, which says your blog name, IF you have created one yet, I'm not sure it's been awhile, but pretty sure you make one right away. Then you drop down beneath that Mine says Rainla's blog, yours will be your screen name, or if you named it something else, then beneath it, it'll have some options, one will be customize. (Also if you have more than one, there's a drop down option where you can pick which blog to customize) Then once you click on it, you'll be taken to a preview of your blog, where you can pick either a theme, or customize it completely. I started with a theme, than you can pick custom headers, names and what you want to see on your blog. If you see nothing you like, you can always get a custom css layout.
