Sometimes I wish I just had a bag of fortune cookies... - Comments

  • I know! I've noticed that they've gotten all inspirational and advice-like. It's annoying.
Yeah, I don't really care what my mom thinks, but she is my mom so if she says "do 6 lessons in each subject" I have to.

  • 1. What do you think about fortune cookies? Yummy? Not yummy? Fun? Not fun?
I don't like them anymore because now they tell you advice. At least the ones I get. They just tell you stuff like "Smile, it's the best medicine" or whatever, and I'm like, dude, that's not telling my future like a fortune cookie is supposed to do. I guess they got so strapped for fortunes that they decided to put advice on the tags instead of fortunes.

    2. isn't my fortune cookie story strange?
    Yes. :o

    3. Do your parents have really high expectations on some things? If so, what things?
My mom used to hate me if I got anything less than a B in school, and it got to the point where I drove myself crazy thinking I was a horrible student for getting the occasional C. But then around senior year, like Dezza, I just stopped caring. I developed this apathetic attitude and still have it to this day. She can't do anything to me anymore because I don't react. XD

    4. How long does it usually take you to do your homework and such?
I've graduated and am taking a gap year. But last year it took me about an hour to do all of my homework for all my classes. ><

  • 1. Love fortune cookies. They taste good. I just don't like the fortunes, unless it's some crap like, "I like pie." (I got that one time, too.)
    2. It really is. O__o
    3. Uh, they do. I just stopped caring, though. xD
    4. Er... I do not do homework. But when I do, I can usually do it in maybe 45 minutes? I dunno, it depends.
