sorry your grandma's sick idk wat id do if my gram was in that position (shes my world). Your family sound a lot like mine (despite the sick grandma and mean grandpa). My mom and I are the only ones who care about my gram (although shes not sick she still needs lots of help) my family just uses her... i know its annoying but I'm here if you want to talk? I know what its like having a dying family member in the hospital (ive had 3 now.).
