Writing doesn't have to be a physical manifestation of your emotions. It can just be writing for the sake of writing. You should try just randomly spilling out a few little things, look outside your window, write about what you see. Think up some cute little phrases or draw some doodles.

Maybe if you wrote a little something about nothing you could find your taste for writing again?

I find that most the time when we can't write its not because we don't want to or we can't but rather because we don't know what to write or we don't want to write what we do have.

Maybe whenever you get this giant block of writer's block, you should step away from the notebook and do something completely spontaneous. Getting upset and frustrated with your block isn't helpful, and could probably even make it worse. Taking your mind off the problem may just help the ideas flow to you more naturally. (:

Other things that might help are pictures, music, random conversations, and sleeping - yeah, I get these crazy dreams that help me write sometimes, hehe. C:
