    I don't think you're in the wrong, and I can see why you'd be upset. (In the future, put "lol" after things if you're not serious, maybe?)

    But perhaps she doesn't understand that you weren't yelling at her?
    Try speaking to her face-to-face and saying that you're sorry the entire thing blew out of proportion (you're not saying you're sorry, since you did nothing wrong, you're sorry for the misunderstanding (though there's no need to point this out)) and then explain what happened.

    If she doesn't accept or listen, then she's just a little immature... but then, you are both 14, so a little immaturity isn't uncommon. (actually, I'm 16, my mum's in her 40s and we both behave like we're 5...^^;)
