I know how you feel. My brother got into that stuff awhile back, and the weird thing is, you miss your fights over the remote, and him giving you shit about your boyfriend. Because, at least he was there, right?

I, with all of my heart hope that things get better, and that he gets over this retarded addiction and sees how its hurting you so bad.

Oh, hon, I'm so sorry... I would say I know how you feel, but I honestly don't. But, I do know how I would feel if my brother started smoking marijuana, and I would feel horrible, too. It seems like the big, bad world can't touch our families or ourselves, that it only happens to other people, when really, it does happen and usually there's not much we can do. But, I feel horribly for you. =( Marijuana can be a serious thing and it may seem like there's nothing you can do, but I bet there is. I bet if you have a heart-to-heart talk with him, something will come from it, though I can not tell for sure. You just have to hope for the best.

I know you don't know me, and that I don't know you, but if you ever need to talk, vent, or whatever, you can come to me =)

*hugs* I'm so sorry. I know a lot of people who say, oh, marijuana's not that big a deal! And you know, for some people, it isn't. But I've also seen first hand how much it changes some people. Especially young people. I don't know how old your brother is, but I find most people under 18 who smoke weed get really stupid about it.

I just hope he doesn't end up going down the same road some of my friends did. He still has time to turn it around. Even if he wants to smoke occasionally, he needs to realize how to keep it from completely changing him as a person, and that's a hard lesson to learn, but I hope he learns it eventually.

In the meantime, I'm sorry you have to put up with this and I hope you and your family are able to find a way to bring some sense into his head.
