So flyer. totally stole my thunder because I was going to say exactly what she just did. You're right, about friends being there. They are supposed to be there. Whenever I even think something is wrong with my friends I try to give them as much support as I can. You'll meet tons of new people in college, maybe even some who feel the same way you do. I'm only fourteen so it probably doesn't seem like I would know shiz about college, but my sister is heading off next year so I kinda do. You mentioned your sister. Have you ever thought of discussing all this stuff with her, if you haven't already?

v Thank you. Wow... I didn't even think of them not needing me. I guess I've just been blind for longer than I should have.

There are some people I could talk to, but mainly I'm banking on college. That's why I chose such a big one; I can find new friends easily in a school of fifteen thousand.

As for the groups, I'm not sure, but I could probably check around. Thanks, that's a good idea. :)

Aw, I'm sorry :( Honestly, that does sound a bit mean. I know you're a senior and it's a bit late to make friends now, but you might want to try reaching out to some other, new people.
Because it seems like your friends view you as somoene who needs them a lot more then they need you, so they can treat you badly without there being any consequences.
If you get new friends, not only will you have new friends who care about you, you'll also show them that's not true.
Are there any support groups in your area for alcoholism and those affected by it?
