I am so f*cking tired of my weight making me feel like a waste of oxygen. Moment of truth: am I fat? Be honest. - Comments

  • It depends what type of body you have, too. Like I have an hourglass figure and big boobs. My minimum weight will probably always be like 125. Anything below that will be unhealthy although I would practically give my right arm to be 110. (That sounds really messed up.) I'll never be 110, though, unless I was a board figure (straight up and down). With my figure, my thighs are supposed to be thicker and my hips are super wide. So I have to get to the right weight for my body and not a generalized "this is how much you should weigh at your height and age" thing.

So take that into consideration. :)

  • I'm 5'1, 135, and 34C..
    so we're about the same.
    I'm about to be 21.

I'm supposed to weigh around 115...I wouldn't look right at 115. The most I've ever weighed is 152, and the less is 126. I lost it...and I've gained some of it back.

I don't consider myself fat, and I don't think you are either.

  • I'm not exactly sure. If you google "how much should a 17 year-old female weigh" (I got 17 from your profile) then you'll get answers. I did it not too long ago for myself because I've always felt underweight, but it turns out I'm not.

  • No. Not at all. I'm only an inch taller than you and I've got a good 50 pounds on you.

  • You. Are. Not. Fat. Around 130 is pretty healthy compared to me.

Just look in your mirror and give yourself 10 compliments. Nothing negative at all. And say these to yourself every day, or whenever you feel down.

And if you feel like you really must lose weight, just exercise about 30 minutes a day and eat three healthy meals a day. It's better to be healthy than underweight, okay?

And if you need to talk to anyone, I'm usually always on. :)
