v I'm just a little disappointed in myself, plus I hate disappointing my parents. like...C's actually really bother me too, but the reason I'm so laid back isn't because I don't care, it's more because it's already done and there's not really anything I do. I did try my best, I just know my parents will be reallyyyy annoyed at me now.

My parents are same way, I mean I don't necessarily get in trouble for anything lower than a B but I'm expecting to maintain a GPA that's 4.0 or around it. If you put in an effort worthy of an A and received a C than I really don't think there's anything wrong with that, sometimes the best you can do is a C.

I tried my best, and I got a C, and I love my parents but they tend to think that I'm capable of doing everything perfect. they just want me to get into college, but I don't think that they understand that you can still get into a good college with one or two C's on your record...

I can't stand parents like that no offense. But whenever I hear about people having the lowest grade be a D or C I get mad because i was never a good high school student when it came to grades. My parents were happy to even see a D. The best report card I ever got was all Cs and they were just so freaking happy about it. I see nothing wrong with a C. I mean a D is barely passing, but once you get in college a C is the lowest you can go.
