Exercising ideas? - Comments

  • Do some stretches when you wake up and before you do to bed. That won't exactly help lose weight but flexibility is good to keep up on and it will make you feel better.

I suggest you take a walk every day around your neighborhood or even job through the park. Other then that try looking stuff up on google.

  • Well, my sister used to be about 145 or so, and now, after about a year, she is 98 pounds. And don't get me wrong, it didn't take her a year to look fit, she just kept it up until she was 98 pounds.
Her routines are: Push-ups, squats, she says it's very important to do your stretches. Sit-ups. (Keep in mind, she gets up early to do all her exercises so she can't just shove it off later in the day). Jumping jacks, jumping on the trampoline (If you have one) jump rope (Cheap to get) and running. She says you must do stretches before you run. And you need to start slow, running and walking. But if you want to run, you start slow and you work your way up, when you start getting tired you slow down easily until you stop. She does it for as long as she can every morning, now she can run for an hour. Uhm, and bicycling if you have one.

And last, but not least, doing your best to balance your calories. Simply eat less calories and work out more, but make sure you eat enough calories to keep yourself strong. It's difficult, but you can look up a certain plan for you.

  • Maybe run up and down the hills in your yard? You can search Youtube for exercises that you can do in your bedroom or living room or whatever open space.
