This is a rant; about religion, no less. - Comments

  • I'm a Christian, but I nevereverever believed that judging people or other religions for whatever reason was right. I'm not God. None of us are. What gives us the right to tell other people what to do when we're all supposed to be equal?

  • I believe it's wrong, too. Or strong believers in God decide it's okay to judge those who don't.
I believe in a/the higher power, God. I'm just not really religious.
I love philosiphy. Whether it be love or religion.

  • I agree with you 100%.

Anthropology, I'm guessing? Yes. That's exactly what I wish to study as well.

  • Exploring other religions is a great idea. Not exploring just to find another religion to practice, but just to see what they are about. I guess I could say I'm non-religious if that makes sense. I believe in God but I don't go to church, I just think about God and things every so often...so yeah.
Anyways, I had to take a Bible as Literature class for my major, and it was pretty awesome. We mostly discussed the Hebrew bible.
Ooh, a last thing to say...if anyone's interseted...to check out Jesus' Infancy gospels. They're pretty cool with some unexpected things.

  • I agree that no one has a right to ridicule someone's beliefs in such a rude way. Everyone is entitled to their opinions on things, but to voice said opinions in a negative way just leads to bad energy.

I enjoy exploring and studying different religions as well as the cultures that surround them. It's what I believe I want to study in college. I love learning about people.
