Well, if I were you I would write about someone I liked a lot and knew a lot about and then just make journals and comment swap and things like that. if a story is written well and people can tell the author is passionate about what they're writing about, it should get some feedback.
It usually takes time and some work to get feedback on a story, but you'll get it eventually. Just write about what you love and go from there. (:
