I think you're envious of the bond they share, maybe. I know I always get a bit jealous when my friends get boyfriends because they shove me out of their life for a boy. You may feel like things are moving too fast for your liking and deep down you don't approve, therefore you can't bring yourself to be excited for her, you know?

It does sound like you're sorta jealous...that or maybe you just don't want things to change between you and your friend. Also, maybe you're worried for her deep down. Things seem to be moving a bit too fast between them and maybe that concerns you? Otherwise, I think what you're feeling is completely normal. ^.^

You should find something new to focus on, because you're right, she's not gonna be around forever. It's a part of growing up. Carry on with your life, do what makes you happy, and don't make decisions keeping others in mind.

I think it's totally normal for you to feel this way. I'm 17, turning 18 in 7 months, and your friend is not much older than I am. I couldn't imagine getting married that young, with a guy I've only dated for 3 months. I'm not going to lie, my ex and I dated for 19 months and we wanted to get married some day, but not now. He's 19 and we wanted to wait awhile to get married and I really thought we'd get lucky and be one of the few people who meet young and get married. But no, we broke up :/ I can't say that their relationship will end badly because who am I to judge? But I will say that they are definitely moving way too fast
