This all takes time, and time alone, really (and maybe a good shopping spree or a itty bitty crush, like Romans6:14 mentioned) and good friends. You're a strong girl, and I know you'll be able to get through this. Maybe you should just try letting it all go, because the more you try to force yourself to let go the less likely it'll go away. Just let life flow for now, as cheesy and horribly cliche as that sounds lol! Antonio is a total dumb butt (for lack of a better word. And a profanity filter that's most likely in place. :P) for ever letting you go. You deserve so much better, and even though that sounds over-used, it's the truth. It'll all get better with time, so don't worry! You're strong and you'll make it through, I know it. :)

I don't know if anything I say will help, seeing as I am a complete stranger. But I've been in the exact situation you’re in right now and all I have to say is that it does and will get better with time. I know it may seem hard right now but if you just continue doing the things you love and surrounding yourself with people who love and care about you, the pain and memory of him will naturally disappear.

It might also be a good idea to cut off all connections with him until your heart has fully healed especially since he's continuing to treat you badly. A guy like that doesn't deserve any of your time. Preserver and endure and you can get through anything. Don’t let one guy ruin your happy smile. :)

It does get easier. I promise. I still think about Kenny sometimes and get sad, but at the same time I know all the reasons I can't be with him again and why they're more important than the things I miss about the relationship.

And as bad as it sounds, maybe you just need to meet someone new. I know that sounds terrible and it sounds like a rebound thing, but even just a little crush can help you move on.

Antonio's a jerk. I'm sorry if you don't want to hear that right now, but HE broke up with YOU. If he's dumb enough to let you go, he doesn't deserve you. And you deserve someone who will keep their promises and treat you with respect and realize that yeah, you're independent, but that doesn't mean you don't need them to look after you sometimes. I don't think Antonio ever realized that, and he took you for granted. I know it sucks for you too, but it's his loss that he willingly gave up someone as amazing as you.

And you know I'm pretty much always available if you need to talk or vent or have a guy-bashing session at Starbucks. :)
