Most girls like to go for the "bad boy" type because they believe they can change him into a sweet boy. And then enjoy playing the victim when their stupidity backfires on them. And then, like you said, they run to guys like you because they expect you to take care of them. I think it's a good thing you told her no, some girls need to learn their lesson the hard way.

I've dated several assholes before, believe me. I was even in an abusive relationship for an entire year! But after something like that, it just changes you. Or it did me anyway. Since then I've found a boy who treats me with 10000% respect and I am so blessed to have him. He's the definition of a fantastic boyfriend.

I guess it just takes so many heartbreaks to make somebody learn.

It's a weakness I suppose - I'm not sure If I like a guy he has to make an impression on me. So I'm not the typical teenage girl really, I haven't actually liked someone in a long time - it sucks. I've got other things to worry about then boys though >.<
