Really, I'm jus as stumped as you are with this (the Dallas thing). I mean, I understand you don't wanna hurt your friend, and there's that side of you that wants him for yourself. Maybe you jus need to wait a little longer and see what happens, y'know?

You should just be like me and have commitment issues and not date anyone (not).
I honestly would say go for Azlin, she's not totally out of your age range and doesn't have any other issues wit her. Other than the fact that you lean towards guys, but well, you did say you were romantically inclined towards her. Course this is all coming from a logical perspective.
From a non logical one I would say go for Dallas since just from reading this it sounds like you really have a thing for him and the other two less so. However, don't do it, you don't want to risk a friendship over a relationship, especially when the guy has a girlfriend and you don't know whether or not he'll even go for you because of it. I've been in a similar situation where friendship had to come first and I'm not going to lie IT SUCKS! But I can honestly say that I'm proud of myself looking back on it. Plus she turned out to be a horrible person, but that's a side plus :P
And as for your friend, just keep on talking to her about it and encourage her without pressuring her. She'll get there in time, on her own time. Being the watcher is always tough, but sometimes the best thing you can do is not push things.
