  • Here's a little bit of advice i can think of
    ~ Write down the reason why you want to cut, before you actually cut.
    ~ Write down what you like about yourself
    ~ Write down all the things you love and like
    Try focusing on the positive, rather then the negative. I know this may sound hard, but eventually it will become a habit to think about the good instead of the bad. Each day when you look in the mirror think to yourself " I love my eyes," or " I love my smile," or "my makeup is nice today." I don;t know what else to say, I sort of suck at giving advice.
