If it wasn't memorable, odds are, it wasn't love. =P
I've been in love for...it's hard to say exactly when it started, because it kind of crept up on me. I said "I love you" meaning it in a "friendship" way, and realized that at some point I'd changed what I meant when I said it to him. But he and I have been dating and living together for almost two years now, and it's been amazing.
I had the same problem in high school--that if any guy and I showed interest, they'd rush to set us up. They were worse about that if someone else was interested in me than if I was interested in them. I think they just really wanted to see me dating, since I didn't date much in high school. =/
Just chill out though. You're 13; enjoy being a kid and playing Pokemon or whatever. You've got plenty of time for romance. Just live your life however is most fulfilling for you, do what makes you happy, and if romance fits into that along the way, that's great. If guys don't look at you, though, it's probably just because they feel awkward. How would you feel if all of a sudden someone had a crush on you and you didn't know how to respond?
