So I was being a bum on the journals page an this one caught my eye. So I can see how things like that can be really upsetting, but this just adds proof to everything my critical thinking professor had told us. I'm not sure if you know this but most of the U.S text books from Texas, and it is not usually known that all the people that make those textbooks, have nothing that qualifies them to even be putting anything in there, and chances are, they are leaving a lot of things out.

Another thing he had mentioned to us that in the state of Utah, a law has just been passed to keep vulgar language and vulgar things (based upon what conservative old white guys think, because that's who made up the law) to be taught in classrooms. So now it is illegal to talk about, homosexuality, sex, use curse words, and a variety of other things, in classrooms, even if a student is to ask. Such things must be discussed in a home with loving parents. Not only did they just destroy anatomy and biology to be taught in school, but pretty much any real thing about real life as well.

On a funny note, about the whole loving parents thing, what if the child is adopted? That doesn't make them their real parents. Also what if the parents don't love the child. Does that mean that the law doesn't apply in those situations? Yeah I have to agree, whoever we are electing into our education system, and into office, really have no clue what they are doing and really need to grow up. Honestly I think the younger generation takes to real life easier and better than the older generation.
