i hate the new mibba so much

I love what Mibba has become, can't really call it new anymore. There was so much wrong with the old one. Starting a petition is like throwing all of Dujo's hard work back in his face and saying "ain't good enough." The mibba change was nothing like quizilla, once they changed I never again heard from who ever is supposed to mod or admin on the site when I had problems. It became a kids site. A lot of people love mibba how it is now, it's only the people who can't accept change who are posting how they don't like it. Good luck with your petition however, but like most petitions it's not going to amount to anything.

Kind of weird if you ask me. Wanting to have the old version of mibba back when it was so flawed.

Also, your use of the word 'mainstream' is very, very incorrect.

A lot of people like new mibba, actually. Don't speak for people.

There's a lot more people who like New Mibba than dislike it. That petition will change nothing.

I actually like the new layout. Yes, it took some time to get used to it, but there's a lot of cool new features, and it isn't that difficult to find your way aound.

I like New Mibba (which isn't terribly new anymore). I love the layout and the Layout Makers and the blogs and the new comment swap feature. I adore the forums terribly. I did miss Old Mibba at first, but this is much more modern and better.

Old Mibba is not coming back. Dujo has spent four years on this update and he's sure not gonna throw that away, nor will there be an option for the old layout to be displayed instead. He would basically have to create two entirely different websites.

Starting a petition like this, I think, is kinda rude. I mean, a lot of 'old' Mibbians like it. Most do, I think. Not only did Dujo put work into New Mibba, but he continued to make it even better by directly seeking out our suggestions and dealing with our complaints. As a result, we get cool stuff like the comment sidebar and comment swap.

Firstly a lot of people like New Mibba, it's only a small amount of people who don't like it. Also it's not 'mainstream' it just improved, something that was needed and people had been waiting for for four years plus. Secondly you can't say 'all us old member' because it's not all, it's just a small minority. And thirdly Mibba won't be going back to the old layout because Dujo isn't just going to throw away four years worth of work just because some people can't accept the fact that the change was necessary. Also making the new site layout optional is not going to happen because then Mibba would have to be TWO different sites, and that's just silly to suggest.
