    My favorite Disney movie will forever be Pocahontas. In Love I used to re-watch that movie for hours. I guess that as a kid, I didn't analyze the movie all that much (unlike now). The thing that enchanted me the most was the connection the Native American people had with their land. That's also why I love the movie Brother Bear ♥. The only thing I disliked was Pocahontas II. I don't remember much about it, but Disney ruined Pocahontas for me. In my head she stayed in her land, with her people.

    Personally, I didn't like Little Mermaid all that much. Beauty and The Beast, even less. I didn't remember Belle's name until I was older and someone told me. I just remember vague aspects of the plot, too. It didn't appeal to me in the least.

    I also came to appreciate Mulan over with the years. I liked the idea of a girl participating in things that only "boys/men" were allowed to do. The songs in Mulan are superb as well. Even Aladdin, with its exotic land and magic.

    A movie that never failed to make me cry was Dumbo. Not only that, but I feel that Dumbo shouldn't exactly be rated G. I still remember the scene in which Dumbo gets drunk and watches psychedelic elephants dance around him (as if he were tripping, not drunk). The scene with his mother made me sob each time. It's like the scene in Lion King where Simba tries to wake up his dad. Tragic. ;A;

    The musical adaptation of Tarzan was brilliant. Just like Lion King. I couldn't get over the costumes in Lion King. Cheese Up to this day, they still take my breath away.

    Disney has movies I dislike and movies that influenced my life in various ways. I just hope they keep up with their quality of stories. Like Tangled. God, did I love Tangled.

    I love all Disney movies really ^0^ Especially the older ones that you mentioned.

    Belle is, by far, my favorite princess though :3

    As a child, my mom could only keep me entertained and in place by putting these movies over and over. My favorite was The Lion King and I knew and still know every song by heart (both in Spanish and English Weird).

    However, growing up, I have a taste for the more mature and dark stories within this Disney Era. My favorite is Pocahontas because of the subjects of war and the strong female lead that the film has.

    My least favorites are The Little Mermaid and Beauty and the Beast. I am not much for the Disney princess thing. I actually never liked any of them, but that was because of the whole "love" theme behind them. I am more for adventure-y Disney films, so those films that you don't like (The Rescuers, The Great Mouse Detective) were part of my favorite ones.

    I guess that's the reason why I love Pocahontas, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, and Mulan.

    Btw, do not watch the second of The Hunchback of Notre Dame; it takes away much of the beauty from the first one making it seem forced that Quasi had to end up with someone (who happens to be blind and doesn't care for how he looks).

    I watched Little Mermaid over and over and over again. I can remember sitting on the couch and just playing it multiple times in a row. I can quote the whole thing, front to back.

    I loved Aladdin for the exact same reason that you didn't. I thought he was great and it being from his point of view was super awesome, even when I was a little girl who loved princesses. And the part in Prince Ali where Genie goes "a thousand bad guys with swords" in that little, high-pitched voice cracks me up to this day.

    Beauty and the Beast. Hands down. No competition Belle will be my favorite numero uno princess. Ever. I idolize her for her kindness and compassion to love literally a beast and teaches so many subliminal lessons.

    How ironic, I just watched the lion king, the credits were playing when I started watching. Jeez, I don't know if I'd be able to chose my favourite. Each has something absolutely amazing about it.

    Very few companies will make me say that, as most are hit or miss. At first it was almost gone, but with the two new films, a new "renaissance" or sorts may be starting.
