I made the mistake of packing up my entire bedroom last year when I went off to university. I thought that I'd need 200 books. I didn't. So I'd recommend to pack what what you use. I was always hurling stuff to and from, and I moved quite far away from home.

And don't worry, EVERYONE thinks that they wont make friends. Thing is, you're all in the same situation where you don't know anyone. So making friends really couldn't be easier. It's almost certain that people will land up introducing themselves even if you don't.

Lectures are a lot different to classrooms at school. Everyone is mature, there's no playing up, there's no talking, or being rude to the lecturer. It's a very relaxed and adult environment.

You'll love it. Everyone loves it.

v. that's true, i'm kind of just stuffing a bunch of stuff in a suitcase, it's great haha. yeah, my class hours ARE weird, but it's only the one class on tuesday, so it's not that big of a deal. but, three hour classes? uggh.

PILES! fold clothes and make small piles! and then stick 'em in your suitcase! that's what I did. and then you stuff stuff stuff! (: it doesn't really matter, since you're gunna unpack there anyway :p

wow your class hours are weird.
mine are all between 9:30 and like 3:00 and most of them are only an hour long and i usually only have 2 classes a day! poor you! :(

If you're packing clothes I tend to roll mine, it makes them smaller and you fit way more into the bag - don't forget the essentials: socks, underwear, bra, jammas.

When I pack I make a list according to my different body parts. I start with my head and htink what do I need for that part and then gather it all together.

Packing is so much fun, i love it!
