I skimmed, but I'm mainly responding to the title. What you are feeling now is withdrawals. Yes, love and lust are drugs. They release chemicals such as dopamine (happy chemical) and other endorphins, which most drugs do as well. You want that feeling back, and hurts to not get that rush of happiness. But you will get over it. You will always want it, but you won't need it so much. I myself experienced heartbreak, and after a while, I survived and found someone healthier for me. I still have moments of weakness, but not as much as I used to. You will get over it. Trust me.
