Sometimes the things in life get worse before they get better. Sometimes the future does look dark and uncertain and for some of us its overwhelming, but you can't give up. Things in life will get worse before they get better. Some will hit rock bottom before they realize what they have.
I'm not an expert but I will assure you that things do get better in time you just have to live in the moment, never look back at the past, and keep your eyes set on the future.
