People are just down right rude anymore and have no respect for anyone. But, I guess it's the people who matter the most and show the respect that you need to snatch up and become friends with.

Omfg I know the feeling! You sort of have to ask yourself like 'are they actually worth it' they don't seem to treat you with the same amaount of respect you show them.

Your ex doesn't seem to care about how to feel, maybe you need to look at the positives and it also depends on what friendship group you're in. Maybe you need to broaden your horizons.
