Unfortunately, you can't really force people to understand or better yet,, forgive (which is lame). Just, y'know, you apologized and there's nothing you can do about it. It's up to that person to digest your apology and whatnot. Just wait it out and see what happens. Or brainwash them, that's always helpful hahaha
