If you're stupid, then I must be ridiculously stupid!
I lost my USB last year - which consisted of a completed book, a couple of books I had started, a tonne of book covers and a whole heap of wedding plans and very difficult to find pictures of ideas.
I cried.
Then I bought a new USB. A nice USB. With more room and a pretty, sleek and small design. I loved my USB. I was determined that I would replace my sadness of my previous loss with this new one.
And I lost it.
Yup. Pretty, sleek and small didn't cut it. Turns out it was too tiny to prevent from getting lost. Needless to say, I wasn't as distraught as before. I had less on it AND I had backed my files. Still, my fear of others finding my work stayed at the back of my mind.
Now I have a new USB. It's a turtle. And I love him. His name is Squirt.
The End!
Haha! Anyways, I'll definitely keep an eye out for those stories! It's a shame you lost it! But my stories only got better after restarting them! Maybe yours will too!
Thanks :) That's bad losing USB's especially when something important is on them. I have most of my stories still on my PC. It's just that I started adding to The Dragons and it was pretty nice. I hadn't worked on it in several months because I had lost interest.
But you're right. Sometimes restarting them does make them better which I hope works for one of my stories that I didn't save to PC.
