    Thank you, I'll check that out later. My problem is I want to loose the weight quickly, and there never seems to be healthy way of doing it. The book I read this in says it is actually very healthy because the whey protein acts as a meal replacement that stops your body going into starvation mode so as long as you don't do it two days running your fine.

    I have to agree with Darlig Ulv, skipping meals is a really bad thing. In fact, it can actually slow down your metabolism if you aren't careful. MFP is great, I joined and when I was using it I was losing at least a pound a week. Be careful with the diet you go with and make sure that it is actually healthy. Watch out for carbs and your sodium levels, sodium is in SO much that people don't realize they are intaking more than what they should.

    Okay, I'm going to say right now that you should not skip meals. Skipping meals does not help you loose weight. When you first start losing weight your body requires a certain amount of calories and then as you begin to lose pounds the amount of calories decreases. So I really suggest that you don't go with that diet.

    ^_^ I suggest joining My Fitness Pal to get some ideas for weight loss. It'll give you a plan and tell you how many calories you need in a day.
