Releasing My Notes. - Comments

I'd love to see that. I, personally, can't write anything (even if it's only 1,000 words) without some kind of planning. And then my chaptered stories... oh, geez. Outlines, character profiles, more outlines, maps, charts, climax charts, even more outlining, etc.

I would love to see how you take notes. I'm really bad at making outlines and am really interested in how other people do theirs.
