Oh well I get that. I'd be annoyed, too, if people went around whining about something like that being banned. It'd be like trying to ban sex. Maybe. Haha.

I saw P!nk a few nights ago and there were FIVE YEAR OLDS in the mosh. Granted, it wasn't a sweaty, dangerous mosh, but the ear damage that little girl has is irriversable because her mum didn't make her wear plugs. She started crying half way through because it's not the kind of environment for a child, and the mum made her stay. Luckily, there was a barrier between me and them. Ugh.
But yes. I think a lot of younger people go into these things thinking they're not all that dangerous and they're safe. Totally wrong in some cases, not all. I went to Manson once and people were bringing drugs and sharp objects into that all-ages mosh. It's not a safe environment for someone that doesn't know how to keep themselves safe.

Some people say it's banned, some say it's not. But the people that keep complaining about it and acting like it's the end of the world need to shut the hell up, because it's not.

I do agree with you though. People should know what they're getting themselves into if they plan on getting in the pit.

If people want to jump around and injure themselves they should be allowed to do that when they know what they are in for. Like, I think it should be explained a little more so that people don't go into it thinking 'oh this'll be a bit of a laugh'. If someone wants to do that they should be able to do so with a bunch of other consenting adults.

I think they'd have a huge problem defining it, to be honest. Like what, people aren't allowed to touch the bodies of others now when they listen to live music? Haha
